BSP Life reaffirms support for FHRI Convention

BSP Life reaffirms its sponsorship of $40,000 for the 2023 Fiji Human Resources Institute Convention.

BSP Life Managing Director, Michael Nacola says they have supported the Fiji Human Resources Institute for almost 10 years and are delighted to be part of it this year as well.

Nacola says through HR practitioners they invest in people and strive to create work cultures that empowers and allows people to have a voice, innovate, and feel committed and engaged to deliver outcomes aligned with business strategy.

He adds discussion will take place around these topics that will enable participants to broaden their People and Culture agenda in their respective organizations.

President of FHRI, Kameli Batiweti says BSP Life has been instrumental in contributing to the Fiji Human Resources Institute’s success over the years.

Batiweti says they are truly grateful to BSP Life for its support and understanding of the importance of HR, people and culture in organizations.

This year’s convention theme is “Business Driven-People Focused-Brighter Future” which will held on this Friday and Saturday at the Sofitel Resort and Spa.
