The BSP Fiji Group has donated $10,000 worth of equipment and supplies to the Ministry of Health to support Fiji’s war against COVID-19.

The bank says items such as thermometers, hand sanitisers, linen and refreshments for staff were handed over by BSP Life’s Managing Director, Michael Nacola to Ministry of Health’s Incident Management Team General Manager Doctor Anaseini Maisema.

Nacola applauded the efforts of all front-line health workers and support organisations.

He says the BSP Group is encouraging all their staff and all Fijians to follow the protocols set by the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Commerce, Trade, Tourism and Transport during this time.

Nacola has highlighted that over 85% of their staff have received their first dose of the vaccine and are progressively getting their second.

Doctor Maisema thanked the BSP Fiji Group for supporting the Ministry’s response to the pandemic in the country.

She also commended the vaccination drive by the BSP Fiji Group.
