The Fiji Airways Flying Fijians will most likely have to play the Autumn Nations Cup behind closed doors after the British government called off plans for fans to return to sport events in October.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson says plans were placed under review after a rise in coronavirus cases recently.

Johnson also announced new restrictions which includes the halting of the phased return of fans and adds restrictions are likely to remain in place for the next six months.

Fiji will begin their Autumn Nations Cup campaign against France on 15th November.

Fiji will take on Italy on the 21st of November and then play against Scotland on November 28th.

The Autumn Nations Cup will conclude with a special final round of matches. Based on the pool rankings coming into the final weekend, each team will face off in a cross over final against their equivalent placing in the opposite pool.

The other pool consists of England, Wales, Ireland and Georgia.
