Apostles have scooped the Assemblies of God High School’s inter-house that was held at their school grounds today.

The house won 6 gold, 7 silver and 5 bronze.

Prophets claimed 2nd place with 6 gold and 4 silver, Kings finished 3rd with 2 gold and 4 silver while Judges settled for 4th place with 4 gold.

School Principal Pene Aropio says it is a blessing in disguise to have revived the school’s inter-house after a long time and it was a successful one.

Aropio says the last time the school had their inter-house was back in 2017 and after the event today, they managed to achieve what they expected to achieve.

He says they now turn their focus to the Suva Zone 2 meet in week 10 and they are not only focused on doing well but also showcasing the school’s character.

He adds they are also looking at producing more talents in the school this year as over the years, they have produced a few good athletes that were offered scholarships from other schools.

Aropio says they are looking forward to having more of their athletes qualify for the Coca-Cola Games as well this year.
