There was another incident outside the courthouse today where a drug accused person in Police custody attacked a television cameraman.
The cameraman who was covering the case of the 8 people found with methamphetamine in drug busts along Rewa St and Flagstaff was attacked by one of the accused.
The accused slapped the phone out of the cameraman’s hand causing it to fall to the ground.
This is the second time in as many months that the media have been attacked by people who are in police custody.
Questions have been sent to the Police.
