An alleged victim is currently giving evidence in the trial of a former senior executive of a publicly listed company who is charged with 3 counts of indecent assault.

The first 2 counts of indecent assault are in relation to the first woman who alleges that the senior executive committed the offence on 2 separate occasions in June and September 2019.

The third count of indecent assault is in relation to the second woman who alleged that he committed the offence in May 2019.

The boyfriend of the first woman is expected to take the stand this afternoon.
