An alleged victim is currently giving evidence in the trial of a former senior executive of a publicly listed company who is charged with 3 counts of indecent assault.

The first 2 counts of indecent assault are in relation to the first woman who alleges that the senior executive committed the offence on 2 separate occasions in June and September 2019.
