Fiji Airways Men's National 7s Coach Osea Kolinisau says the players all-round performance in attack and defence will be crucial as they head into the Dubai 7s tonight.

Speaking from Dubai, Kolinisau says the players must fight for each other and execute what they have been trained to do.

He says their opening match against Argentina will be tough, and they face a very challenging pool in Dubai.

Kolinisau adds that if the team can keep possession, contest the opposition’s set pieces and maintain discipline, they will have a strong chance of winning the tournament.

The Fiji Men’s 7s team take on Argentina at 9.10 tonight, before facing South Africa at 12.16am tomorrow and France at 4.12am tomorrow.

The men’s semi finals start at 10.06pm tomorrow, and the final will be played at 4.11am Monday.

Meanwhile, the Fijiana 7s will open their Dubai campaign against the USA at 7.20 tonight, followed by France at 9.59pm and New Zealand at 1.27am tomorrow.

The women’s semi finals begin at 9.12pm tomorrow, with the final scheduled for 3.35am Monday.
