President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere

All Fijians have an equal say in choosing our leaders and shaping our future.

President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere made this comment in his Fiji Day message and says that the electoral system created by the Fijian Constitution ensures all our votes hold equal value.

He also urged people to vote.

Ratu Wiliame says today we celebrate an inclusive Fiji because the government has gone further to care for and empower those most vulnerable than any before it.

He adds in the worst of the pandemic, they delivered the largest socio-economic support package in Fijian history.

The President also says today we celebrate a united Fiji for all.
