Bilo Bar Aflame Brothers staged an impressive comeback in the second quarter final of the McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast Youth competition to beat the U18 Japan SDS side 24-10 this afternoon.

The Japanese side had taken an early 10-0 lead at some point in the game before the Aflame Brothers regrouped and scored 4 tries and two conversions to steal the win.

The win has seen them book a semi final spot and will take on the Dominion Brothers who edged 7-5 Sausauvou Taveuni in the last quarter final.

Tubarua Youth edged Navala Rugby Youth 15-12 in the first quarter final to book a semi final showdown against Southland Broncos who thrashed Pacific Nomads 36-0 in the 3rd quarter final.

The semi finals will begin at 11.50am tomorrow and the Youth final will be at 4.30pm tomorrow.

The Women’s semi finals will kick off at 11.10am tomorrow and the final will begin at 4pm tomorrow.

The Men’s quarter finals are currently underway, the semi finals will be at 12.30pm tomorrow and the final will be at 5pm tomorrow.
