An accident occurred in Valelevu, close to the Ginger factory, involving two private vehicles this afternoon.

The National Fire Authority and Police are at the scene.

Those people that were injured have been taken to the hospital in an ambulance.

There is still no confirmation yet as to how many people were injured.
