Eight new jobs have been created and more than a quarter of a million dollars has been injected into the economy following the opening of a new S Nagindas Shop in the heart of Savusavu Town today.
The new shop is also a welcome sign of hope for the people of Savusavu who now have the option to spend their money with one of the leaders in Fiji's clothing retail market.
General Manager Amit Khatri says they are delighted to open a shop in the Northern Division.
He says the plan is underway and if everything goes well, they might open a branch as well in Labasa Town.
