With a good heart, $5000 will be given by Goodman Fielder as a pledge towards the Amazing Wheelbarrow Race for Frank Hilton Organization.

Goodman Fielder General Manager Tim Carter says over the years they have supported the organization as sponsors and spectators, but this year is the first time they will have a team competing and participating in the much-anticipated Amazing Wheelbarrow Race – Bara Battle 2023.

Carter says the race also provides their staff with the opportunity to come together for our community while having fun, boosting morale and promoting team engagement.

He says Goodman Fielder hopes other corporate partners will come onboard and join “The Amazing Wheelbarrow Race – Bara Battle 2023” to help raise funds for the Frank Hilton Organization to continue to provide their incredible services to children living with disabilities.

Frank Hilton Organization, a pioneering institution providing early detection and intervention services to children with disabilities in Fiji, is organizing the Bara Battle fundraiser.

Following the immense success of the past year's events, Frank Hilton Organization is once again combining physical and virtual race modes to engage participants in the exhilarating competition for a worthy cause.

This is an innovative approach to fundraising that reflects FHO’s progressive and robust organizational culture.

The physical race will take place at Albert Park, where teams of 4-8 members will compete in a thrilling three-round relay race for the coveted Bara Battle champion title.

They are delighted to have the support of Goodman Fielder in this year's fundraiser and they hope for continued collaborative efforts to support children with disabilities in the future

The Bara Battle will be held on the 29th of this month at Albert Park in Suva.
