47,594 food and essential item packs distributed by govt so far

A total of 47,594 food and essential item packs have been distributed by the government so far.

This includes around 18,094 packs to families in targeted lockdown areas and home isolation.

This is after another 478 packs were distributed to families in home isolation yesterday.

301 packs were distributed in areas in Lami,Suva, Nasinu and Nausori, 83 packs were distributed in Lautoka and 94 packs were distributed in Nadi.

Around 5,800 packs have been delivered to Fijians in home isolation in areas in Lami, Suva, Nasinu and Nausori so far.

There are currently 94 families living in home isolation in Nadi.

This includes Lomolomo, Sabeto, Votualevu, CAAF Compound, Solovi, Legalega, Janila Road, Navoci Village, Nasau settlement, Megahnia, Sikituru Settlement, Malolo, Nasoso, Malawai, Lavusa, Nawaicoba, Koroivolu, Namaka, Savunawai Stage 2, Qeleloa, Momi, Narewa Village, Sonaisali, Martintar, Bulawai, Waimalika, Sabeto and Kerebula. Government has so far distributed around 515 packs to these families.
