421 household packs distributed by govt yesterday

421 household packs were delivered by the government to families in home isolation in the Lami, Suva, Nasinu, Nausori, Nadi, Lautoka and Ba areas yesterday.

This includes 335 packs that were distributed in areas of Lami, Suva, Nasinu and Nausori, 10 packs in the Nadi areas, 55 packs in the Lautoka areas and 1 pack to a family residing in Raviravi, Ba.

The government says so far they have delivered around 8,362 packs to families in home isolation in Lami, Suva, Nasinu and Nausori areas, 1262 packs in the Lautoka areas, 712 in the Nadi areas and 147 packs in the Ba areas.

To date, a total of around 21,882 grocery and essential items packs including 13,059 new household packs have been distributed to those families in targeted lockdown and home isolation.
