Four people who were missing at sea yesterday have been found and are safe.

They were found in their white fibreglass boat in Beqa waters.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro has confirmed that they were found by one of their family members.

Their boat had left Kadavu for Suva at 6am yesterday.

According to the Police Command and Coordination Centre, one of the passengers had managed to contact a resident of Veisari and had advised that they had run out of fuel and were drifting somewhere in the Beqa waters.
