A 25-year-old tour guide has pleaded not guilty to the alleged rape and sexual assault of two tourists.
Peter Tuidraki appeared in the Lautoka High Court charged with one count of rape, one count of sexual assault and two counts of indecent assault involving a 25-year-old Chinese national and her 51-year-old mother.
It is alleged that the victims had hired him for snorkelling services during their stay in Nadi on 31 December 2023, when the offences allegedly occurred.
The matter has been adjourned to April 13th and Tuidraki's bail has been extended.
