Shanaina Deo has won the first gold medal for Suva Grammer School in this year’s Coca-Cola Games in the girls intermediate discus event

Shanaina Deo has won the first gold medal for Suva Grammar School in this year’s Coca-Cola Games in the girls intermediate discus event.

She threw a distance of 32.82 metres.

Deo says this is also her first gold medal after winning bronze in previous years.

Elisha Driti from Nadogo Central won silver after throwing a distance of 31.11 metres while Lydia Vesivesi from Grammar settled for the bronze medal.
