The Fiji Association of Sports and National Olympic Committee has named a 186 member contingent for the 2025 Pacific Mini Games in Palau.

A total of 12 sports will be represented under the Team Fiji banner including Archery, Athletics, Baseball (Men), Basketball, Para Athletics, Para Table Tennis, Swimming, Triathlon, Va’a, Indoor Volleyball(Women) and Weightlifting.

The athletes named are a mix of seasoned and young athletes with Team Fiji Chef de Mission Josaia Tuinamata saying this announcement is not just a list of names – it is a celebration of months of preparation, perseverance and passion.

Tuinamata says in line with FASANOC’s Selection Justification Policy, any athlete or official who believes they have been unfairly excluded from the team has the right to appeal the decision.

He says appeals must be submitted in writing, clearly stating the grounds for appeals and adressed to the FASANOC Secretary General-CEO via email on ceo@fasanoc.org.fj.

Team Fiji will depart our shores on June 27th with the Games starting on June 29th.
