A 16-year-old student who allegedly raped a Year 9 student from the same school in Tailevu early this year will appear in the Korovou Magistrates Court today.
Fijivillage has received confirmation from Police that the male student raped another male student on the 26th of January.
Police say the victim was also allegedly threatened to keep the matter quiet.
The matter came to light when the victim contacted the Child Helpline last month and was referred to the Korovou Police Station for investigation.
