The 15 year old student seen in a viral video assaulting another student in Nadi has been charged by Police.
Police confirm the accused has been charged with one count of assault causing actual bodily harm.
He will appear in the Nadi Magistrates Court today.
The students are from a Nadi based school.
fijivillage News was contacted by concerned people on Monday and we were requested to contact Police immediately about this incident after a video emerged of the assault.
The video shows two students standing outside a bus before one of them turns and punches the other student on the face.
Police also visited the school yesterday.
