About 15 families in Velovelo, Lautoka are raising serious concerns as they have not had regular water supply since last year.

A resident says they get water from about 11pm to 5am everyday and have to be up late at night to fill their water tanks.

She says they have young children and face a lot difficulty taking care of them.

The resident says they have raised their concerns with the Water Authority of Fiji several times but the issue has not been resolved.

The woman says they pay their bills on time, however, WAF is not able to supply them with water.

She says they want to know what is causing the issue and when will water supply be normalised.

We have sent questions to WAF. They are yet to respond.
