The Fiji National Provident Fund has sold 10 out of their 43 lots in their Natadola Estate.

This was confirmed by the FNPF Chief Executive Officer Jaoji Koroi who says that the Natadola Estate Model home has been completed and handed over to FNPF.

Koroi says that the prices of these lots vary from 385,000 to about $750,000.

The CEO also highlighted that their Nadi Retail and Office Complex will be completed by the end of this year.

Koroi says there was a delay in the completion of their Nadi Complex as they had terminated their previous contractors due to a breach in the terms of contract but now they are finalising Project Scope for completion.

He also highlighted that they are also working on the upgrade of the FNPF Place on Victoria Parade adding that they are going through a tender process.

Koroi says the FNPF Place will have a state of the art Food Court.
