More than 60 evacuees remain in 2 evacuation centres

More than 60 people are currently taking shelter in two evacuation centres in the Central and the Western Divisions.

NDMO Director, Vasiti Soko says earlier today, food rations were supplied to families currently at an active evacuation centre in the West to help sustain them while they await their return home.

These evacuees had been at the Evacuation Centre in Navuevu, Nadroga for more than 48 hours.
