The Fiji Water Flying Fijians have moved up to 9th place in the latest World Rugby rankings following some interesting results over the weekend.

The Flying Fijians’ 41-17 win over Japan in the Asahi Super Dry Pacific Nations Cup final has seen them gaining 1.21 ranking points and surpassing the Wallabies.

The Wallabies’ close 31-28 loss to the All Blacks over the weekend has seen them losing 0.45 ranking points and slipping down to 10th place while the All Blacks remain in third place despite gaining 0.45 points from the win.

World Champions, the Springboks have lost their spot at the top of the table following their close 29-28 loss to Argentina yesterday and losing 1.81 points which saw them moving down to second place and Ireland regaining the number 1 spot.

Argentina has climbed up to 6th place ahead of Scotland after that win.
