Flash Flood Warning for Suva, Nausori and Lami areas

Weather expected to clear by later today – Fiji Met

A Flash Flood Warning remains in force for all low-lying, flash flood prone areas and small streams crossing of greater Suva/Nausori/Lami/Tailevu and Naitasiri and Sigatoka areas while a Flash Flood Alert remains in force for all low-lying areas of Vanua Levu.

A Heavy Rain Warning remains in force for the Northern Division while a Heavy Rain Alert remains in force for the Central and Eastern Division and Yasawa.

The Nadi Weather Office says a trough of low pressure lies slow moving over Fiji.

They say it is expected to clear the group by later today.
