Fiji records 11 new cases of COVID

Fiji has recorded 11 new cases of COVID-19.

Permanent Secretary for Health Dr James Fong says 4 new cases were recorded on 21st April, 2 new cases were recorded on 22nd April, 2 new cases on 23rd April, 1 new case on 24th April and 2 new cases in the last 24 hours ending at 8 am yesterday.

Of the 11 cases recorded, 8 cases were recorded in the Central Division; 3 cases were recorded in the Western Division and nil cases were recorded in the Northern and Eastern Division.

Meanwhile, as of yesterday, a total of 122,906 people have received their booster doses.
