The Chiefs will be out for revenge when they take on the Hurricanes in tonight’s round 14 of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific competition.

In their earlier match this year, the Hurricanes came out on top with a 36-23 win in round 8.

Chiefs coach Clayton McMillan says even if they won both games, he is not entirely convinced that it’s going to change their fortunes much.

McMillan says their position probably will remain fourth because he anticipates that all the other teams will have at least one win, and that might put them out of reach.

He says the other teams have a lot more to play for in terms of where they end up finishing on the table.

The Chiefs have won 4 of their previous 5 encounters with the Hurricanes.

The Chiefs will host the Hurricanes at 7.05 tonight in Waikato.

Meanwhile, the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua will take on the Highlanders at 2.05pm this Sunday in Dunedin.

In other matches this week, the Brumbies host the Rebels at 9.35 tonight, Moana Pasifika takes on the Waratahs at 4.35pm tomorrow, the Crusaders play the Blues at 7.05pm tomorrow, and the Reds meet the Force at 9.35pm tomorrow.
