Communications Fiji Limited, the parent company of LegendFM, FM96, VitiFM, Navtarang, Radio Sargam and fijivillage will be opening its doors to the public to join us in celebrating World Radio Day at our home at 231 Waimanu Road, Suva today.

The celebration will be held at CFL’s front car park from 9am to 2pm.

Listeners and followers of our 5 radio stations and our website fijivillage will also get a chance to have a tour around the home of CFL and catch a glimpse of the radio personalities.

There will also be activities for visitors like taking part in radio trivia and radio karaoke and also sharing their best radio memories on-air and online as well.

There will also be prizes and giveaways, and refreshments provided as well.

Legend FM and FM96 will also be having their auditions today and they are inviting anyone who knows that they have what it takes to join the radio family.

CFL’s first radio station, FM96 started on July 5th 1985. It was the first ever 24 hour radio station in the country and also the first ever FM radio station.
