RC Manubhai Ba started their 2023 Courts Inter District Championship campaign on a high note after edging Tailevu/Naitasiri 1-nil in the first match that kicked off at the HFC Bank Stadium this morning.
Peceli Sukabula scored the lone goal for Ba in the 12th minute of the second half.
Both teams were tied nil-all at halftime.
Ba coach, Ashif Ali says it was a tough match however he is happy that the boys coordinate well as the win against Tailevu/ Naitasiri has given them 3 points
In other Super Premier games today, Nadi is currently playing Rewa while defending champions Suva will play Navua at 5.30pm and Labasa will face Lautoka at 7.30pm tonight.
