Vodafone Fiji 7s player, Isake Katonibau has been released from the preparation camp for Rio due to injury.
This was confirmed last night by the Vodafone Fiji 7s team coach Ben Ryan.
Ryan said that Katonibau had been released from camp due to chronic injuries and would no longer be considered for the 2016 Rio Olympics Team.
Ryan also confirmed that there would be no replacement for Katonibau and he would continue working with the current players in camp in preparing them for the Rio Olympics.
