Fiji Airways National 7's Coach Gareth Baber says he's impressed as they were accurate and dominant in the elimination round of the Oceania 7's and the aim is to carry this forward to the Dubai 7's which will be played in two weeks time.
Fiji was dominant all the way against New Zealand in the final and Baber says more work needs to take place in the next few days as they get ready to face Australia, Wales and Russia in the Pool matches of the Dubai 7's.
Meanwhile, Baber confirms that five players from the Fiji Airways Drua are expected to join camp on Tuesday and the names will be confirmed tomorrow.
Fijivillage understands that John Stewart, Eroni Sau, Apete Daveta, Vasikali Mudu and Samu Saqiwa may join the 7's squad to prepare for the Dubai 7's.
Baber says the 13 member Fiji 7's team for the Dubai 7's will be named early next week.
