Bula means life, and for British Army soldier Margaret Williams, the meaning behind the word is deeply personal as she ventures into her new clothing brand Bula Earth.
As the director of the Bula Earth clothing brand, Williams chose the name based on her own life journey and two decades of experience serving in the medical field as a combat soldier.
While speaking to fijivillage News, Williams says she hopes her brand and vision will inspire other Fijians to pursue their dreams and create meaningful opportunities.

The former Saint Joseph Secondary School student comes from a strong family business background, with both of her parents operating their own business.
Their entrepreneurial spirit motivated Williams to follow a similar path and build a name for herself after completing her military service.

Through Bula Earth, she aims to combine her experiences, values, and passion into a brand that represents purpose, resilience, and inspiration.
She says she wants her brand to become a recognized lifestyle brand that reaches people from around the world.

Williams says the biggest challenge has been balancing everything from working in healthcare, serving in the military, and also raising a family and building this business.
She says her unique, stylish, and comfortable quality fabric is what makes her Bula Earth special, which is sourced for superior tropical comfort and long lasting quality.
Williams stresses that her brand is about positivity, gratitude, culture and living life fully and can be bought online on bulaearth.store.
