Many families from Tailevu, Nausori and Suva got a chance to enjoy and experience the lights, stalls and Christmas spirit at the Suva foreshore as Nasese Buses provided them with free bus service.

Some residents from Tailevu South who were part of the trip with their children and family says this was a first-of-a-kind trip which they enjoyed.

The residents say this was an early Christmas gift to them by Nasese Buses and they are thankful for their free services in bringing happiness to their lives.

Nasese Buses Director Jack Kumar says the idea behind their 14 buses providing free journeys was to give back to the people of Fiji.

Kumar says as many residing in the rural areas would normally miss the experience of Christmas lights due to the considerable distances, especially in the evening.
