Rozleen Razia Khan who killed her daughter last year has been found guilty for one count of murder by Suva High Court Judge, Justice Vinsent Perera.
Khan tied herself up with her 4‑year‑old daughter and drove their car off the road into Rewa River on the 6th of May last year.
Justice Perera agreed with the unanimous guilty opinion of the assessors.
In his judgment, Justice Perera said he was not convinced that Khan suffered from what the defence said was an abnormality of the mind.
The case has been adjourned till Thursday.
