FDB CEO, Saud Minam

Women entrepreneurs can expect a product targeted for them from Fiji Development Bank in the next month or so as only about 10% to 12% of FDB customers are females.

This has been highlighted by FDB CEO, Saud Minam while speaking on the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion workshop this afternoon where he says they are working on increasing their female customer base.

Minam says in order to increase the number for females customers for the bank, they need to do a targeted approach.

The CEO further says they will start with a low amount which is going to be easy for customer to apply for and get that loan to either start the business or enhance its current capabilities.
