Vinod Patel Works Limited has reopened its services to the public and is operating with 50% occupancy under the COVID-Safe protocols.

According to a government statement, a Vinod Patel Works Limited company representative says safety is their utmost priority now and a cornerstone for their business.

The representative says they understand that these are challenging times and most businesses are focusing on keeping afloat but they equally have a duty of care towards their staff and their families.

The representative adds people must not lose hope and must strategically support Fiji, to safely rebuild our nation with innovative and creative solutions.

They are also thankful to the Government and the Ministry of Commerce, Trade, Tourism and Transport for assisting them in providing guidance on re-opening within COVID-Safe parameters.

90 employees are currently working at Vinod Patel, providing joinery services, lift unit installations, and a construction project for a 3,800 square metre warehouse storage facility, and support services to businesses that reach markets through exports in Nauru, Kiribati, Tuvalu, Tonga, Samoa, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands and Wallis & Futuna.
