The Digicel Fiji 7s team will have to do much better in the George 7s tournament this weekend, to have any chances of winning the 2008/2009 IRB World 7s Series.
With the loss in the Dubai 7s, Fiji and reigning series champions New Zealand are under a lot of pressure.
Fiji's top rugby referee James Bolabiu said Waisale Serevi's team will have to perform well this weekend after mistakes cost them a place in the final in the Dubai 7s.
Fiji and New Zealand are tied at 3rd place on the IRB World 7s Series points table with 12 points while South Africa leads with 20 points and England is in second place with 16 points.
The George 7s tournament kicks off this Friday.
Fiji's opening match will be against Scotland at 9:37pm. Then they take on Zimbabwe early Saturday morning at 12:43am.
Fiji's last pool match will be against Argentina on Saturday at 5:32am.
