McDonald’s Fiji Drua Women’s coach Mike Legge has acknowledged the determination and resilience shown by his side in their 42-25 win over the Brumbies in Ba, but has called on the team to remain consistent in their upcoming matches.

Speaking after the victory, Legge says the Drua got off to a good start against the Brumbies but let themselves down in some areas of the game, which the opposition capitalised on.

He says they cannot afford to play that way next week against the Reds, as they will make them pay for any mistakes.

The Drua Women lead the Super Rugby Women’s points table with 9 points, followed closely by the Waratahs on 8 points, while the Western Force sit third with 5 points.

The Brumbies are fourth with 4 points, while the Reds are at the bottom of the standings with 2 points.

Looking ahead to next week's matches, the Drua Women will take on the Reds at 4.05pm next Saturday, while the Force will face the Waratahs at 6.05pm.
