Free healthy snacks and drinks will now be part of the workday for more than 400 FIJI Water employees as the company rolls out new vending machines aimed at improving staff wellbeing.

FIJI Water has installed nine healthy snack vending machines at its Yaqara and Naikabula offices, allowing staff to receive one healthy snack and drink each day free of charge.
The company says the initiative is designed to encourage healthier habits and improve employee wellbeing in the workplace and beyond.
Employees will have access to healthier options including Wonderful pistachios, sugar-free fruit juices and other beverages.

Senior Vice President Operations Damir Hlebec says supporting the health and wellbeing of employees remains a top priority for the company.
He says the initiative builds on existing wellness programmes and reflects the company's commitment to helping staff make healthier choices at work and at home.
The healthy snack programme adds to existing initiatives such as Bula Produce Bags and Bula Lunches, which are already aimed at making healthier food options more accessible to employees and their families.
Bula Lunches provides subsidised healthy meals, while Bula Produce Bags delivers fresh produce every fortnight.

Assistant Vice President Human Resources Susie Waqanibaravi says the programme has already been positively received by staff, with many embracing healthier choices as part of their daily routines.
FIJI Water says the initiative forms part of its wider investment in employee wellbeing and community programmes across Fiji.
