Suva Zone 2: Marist dominates senior boys triple jump winning all 3 medals

Marist Brothers High School and Suva Grammar School continue to lead the medal tally in the boys and girls divisions at the Coca Cola Suva Zone 2.

Marist leads the boys division with 20 gold, 15 silver and 11 bronze, Grammar is second with 8 gold, 8 silver and 8 bronze, while Lomary Secondary School is third with 2 gold and 1 bronze.

In the girls division, Grammar leads with 14 gold, 11 silver and 15 bronze, Saint Joseph’s Secondary School is second with 11 gold, 11 silver and 8 bronze, while Lomary Secondary School is third with 2 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze. 

Meanwhile, Marist claimed gold, silver and bronze in the Senior Boys triple jump event.

Frederico Miller won gold with jump of 13.83 metres, Tyrone Vaurasi got silver with a jump of 12.61 metres while Semi Baya jumped 12.33 metres.
