26-year-old Swire Shipping Fijian Drua loose forward Etonia Waqa has dedicated the win to the Drua fans who have always been by their side even when the team was under pressure.
Waqa played an instrumental role in the Drua’s win against the Hurricanes in Lautoka, scoring a try to put them ahead of the Wellington side.
He says they will enjoy this win and spend some time off connecting with their families.
He adds that when they return, they will work on their mistakes and prepare well for the Brumbies, who they will play on the 14th of this month.
The Drua is sitting in tenth place with four points in the Super Rugby Pacific points table after round 3.
