Players not putting in enough effort - Jackson

The Swire Shipping Drua players didn’t put in enough effort against the Crusaders, going down heavily to a side stacked with world-class All Blacks.

This was highlighted by Fijian Drua Coach Glen Jackson, who noted that defensively, the Drua allowed their opponents to run freely and were under pressure from the outset.

Jackson added that handling errors cost them significantly during the match.

He says the team will be focusing on refining the basics ahead of their clash with the Western Force this week.

He stressed that a win in the next game is crucial if they want to keep their playoff hopes alive.
