Suva Zone 2: Nawaqanibau and Allen win sub junior and junior 1,500m gold for Marist

Lawrence Nawaqanibau and Olaf Allen have given the Marist Brothers High School boys something to cheer about this morning after winning their 1,500 metres races in Coca-Cola Suva Zone 2.

Allen equaled the zone record of 4 minutes 51.15 seconds.

Nawaqanibau won gold in the sub junior boys while Allen won the junior category with ease.

The two are now looking forward to tomorrow for the 3,000 metres and 800 metres races.
