Swire Shipping Fijian Drua CEO, Jeff Miller
Swire Shipping Fijian Drua CEO, Jeff Miller says his vision for the club is to win Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific titles.

Miller highlighted this at his official welcoming ceremony at the Drua Base saying if they can do that, they will inspire the nation and change lives for the better.

He adds the team is already inspiring the nation, but he knows that they can do better telling coach Glen Jackson that he wants those titles.

The World Cup winner says they need a mindset to withstand the pressure that other teams will put them under and he knows the coaches are working towards that.

He is also a big fan of living the values of discipline, resilience, unity, attitude, and it means nothing to hang those on their wall as they need to live those values to be successful.

Miller says there are two other things that are really important to him and they are the respect for traditional culture, which they already do so well and the second is to have fun.

Drua Coach Glen Jackson says they are very honoured and privileged to have Miller.

Jackson says they are the fittest they have ever been with a leadership group that drives the team extremely hard.

He says they have a backroom staff of himself and the coaches and front office staff that are driven to make the Drua everything it should be.
