Extra Bula FC and South Melbourne FC played out a 1–all draw in their OFC Pro League clash, with both sides earning a point after an evenly contested encounter.

South Melbourne FC struck first in the first half when Andrew Mesourouni scored a goal to give his side the lead.

Extra Bula FC responded just before the break, as Christopher Wasasala scored in the 41st minute to bring his team level.

The teams went into half-time locked at 1–1.

The second half saw both sides push for a winning goal, creating several scoring opportunities, but neither was able to capitalize.

The match also saw disciplinary action, with Nabil Begg receiving a yellow card in the 61st minute, and Scott Wara in the 85th minute.

Despite the late pressure from both teams, the score remained unchanged, and the match ended with honours even at full time.

Yuta Konagaya was awarded the Player of the Match.

The team now shifts its focus to Sunday’s clash against Tahiti United FC at 5:30pm at the Santos National Stadium in Papua New Guinea.
