Tonga has topped their pool after they thrashed Cook Islands by 92-10 yesterday and will play Samoa in a mouthwatering quarterfinal clash.

The victory was Tonga's biggest ever, surpassing their previous winning margin of 64 points.

In his first game back from a suspension picked up in the NRL finals, Jason Taumalolo scored a double and helped Tonga dominate the middle.

Samoa also gave a good game yesterday after thrashing France 62-4.

In the quarterfinals matches, Australia will face Lebanon at 7.30am this Saturday, Fiji Bati against New Zealand at 7.30am on Sunday, Tonga battling Samoa at 2.30am next Monday and England awaits the result between Wales and Kumuls game today.
