The Canberra Raiders have stunned the Melbourne Storm at AAMI Park with a commanding 22-6 victory.

The Raiders have not won three games to open a season since 2005 but their English halfback George Williams helped orchestrate a hit-and-run mission to maintain an unbeaten start for last year's grand finalists.

The win was also Canberra's third in succession in Melbourne, rattling the Storm's claim on their fortress.

Melbourne Storm was far from the best, tallying 14 errors for the match.

Suliasi Vunivalu played for Storm on the wing while Tui Kamikamica had been ruled out with a back problem.

Wests Tigers beat the Cronulla Sharks 28-16

The Wests Tigers inflicted pain on the Cronulla Sharks last night by storming home to register a 28-16 win at Bankwest Stadium.

The win was orchestrated by Benji Marshall who was back to his absolute best last night.

At the break, the Sharks led 16-10 before the Tigers made a comeback to score in the second half and win.

Five tries were scored by the Tigers compared to the Sharks three tries.

Warriors hammer the Dragons 18-0

Four weeks after arriving in Australia indefinitely, the Warriors celebrated their first victory of the NRL season with a record-making 18-0 win over St George Illawarra last night.

Showing no hints of disorganisation or distress given the incredible circumstances of their season so far, the Warriors ran rings around the Dragons with a near-perfect completion rate.

It was the first time in the NRL era a team completed more than 40 consecutive sets - and the Warriors were almost perfect making their first mistake in their 45th set.

The Warriors played as though Central Coast Stadium came with a home ground advantage.

It's been the tale of the season so far, and the Dragons sit without a win after the first three rounds despite a team stacked with representative players.

Big, young forwards Jamayne Taunoa-Brown and Eliesa Katoa were all the difference for the Warriors, both scoring a try in the first half.

Taunoa-Brown barged over in the seventh minute after Dragons fullback Matt Dufty bobbled the ball under the posts, while Katoa, the 20-year-old former schoolboy rugby union star, made an impact at both ends of the field.

He scored the second try for the Warriors in the 25th minute when he caught a short ball from Kodi Nikorima ploughed through Ben Hunt on the line.

Looking at the results of matches earlier in the week, the Sydney Roosters recorded their first win of the season after defeating the South Sydney Rabbitohs 28-12.

The Cowboys thrashed the Titans 36-6 while the Paramatta Eels beat the Brisbane Broncos 34-6.

In NRL matches today, the Panthers will take on the Knights at 6.05pm while the Sea Eagles will play the Bulldogs at 8.30pm.
