After the Wallabies’ dismal performance this morning against Wales falling to their second consecutive Rugby World Cup defeat and on the verge of an early departure from the tournament, the Fiji Water Flying Fijians now have their path to the quarter finals paved for them with two games remaining for them to play in their pool.

While speaking ahead of their preparation for this weekend’s game against Georgia, Flying Fijians head coach Simon Raiwalui says nothing has changed for them as they continue to focus on the task at hand.

Raiwalui says there have been a lot of talks out there but they are focused on what they need and that is to prepare well to be able to perform well in their upcoming matches.

The Wallabies’ heavy 40-6 loss this morning has had them one foot out of the World Cup and they will be relying on a miracle for either Georgia or Portugal to beat Fiji by more than 34 points, and the Wallabies to win with maximum points and a larger margin than Fiji against Portugal.

The Flying Fijians will now only need to win their remaining two pool matches against Georgia and Portugal to avoid any more complications to the final standings of Pool C.

The Flying Fijians will take on Georgia at 3.45am Sunday in Bordeaux.
