The Eastern Saints 7s team is not be intimidated by the high profile teams they are pooled with in the second leg of the Fiji Rugby Super 7s Series that starts tomorrow.

Former Flying Fijians flyhalf and coach Seremaia Bai says they have been working on specific 7s rugby conditioning during their training sessions as most their players have been involved in off-season 15s training.

Bai says some of the areas they have been working on are their aerial battle and tackle techniques as these were some of the weaknesses in their previous games.

Eastern Saints is in Pool B with Raiwasa Taveuni, Tabadamu and Wadigi Salvo.

The Fiji Rugby Super 7s Series will be held tomorrow and Saturday at the Prince Charles Park in Nadi.
