Tawake likely to be retained as Warriors Coach
The winning Sukuna Bowl coach of the Police team, Ifereimi Tawake is likely to be retained to coach the Fiji Warriors team in next year's IRB Pacific Rugby Cup competition.

Tawake's name has been put forward for consideration after he guided the Fiji Warriors to their first ever win in the Pacific Rugby Cup competition this season.

Fiji Barbarians coaches Epeli Nai-tuivau and Osea Umu-umulovo are also interested to retain their respective posts.

But the coaches vying to guide the two sides next year will have to apply for the job.

The Fiji Rugby Union has advertised for the Fiji Warriors and Fiji Barbarians coaches post.

FRU's Academy Coach Epeli Naituivau said it’s the process of selecting the coaches and those interested will have to apply.

The Fiji Warriors, Fiji Barbarians, Tautahi Gold, Tau'uta Reds, Savaii Samoa and Upolu Samoa will again compete in the IRB Pacific Rugby Cup competition next year.
